Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
 
All sales are final.
 
Label Printing Quality Guarantee
 
Label printing orders completed by Simply Barcodes^TM are test-scanned diligently. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive an order of code labels printed by Simply Barcodes^TM that do not scan or scan returning different numbers/letters from what was specified in your written order, please return one sheet of the labels to Simply Barcodes^TM for verification. Upon confirmation of the error, we will promptly supply a 110% quantity replacement at no charge to you.
 
Data Security
 
We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect credit card transactions through industry standard SSL encryption and the use of Secure Internet Payment Services. In order to complete a transaction, payment information may be transferred through credit card processing companies who interact with your bank or credit card company. For your protection, Georgia Peach Products (dba Simply Barcodes^TM) does not store any credit card information.
 
Limitation of Liability
 
Except as expressly provided herein, Georgia Peach Products, Inc. DBA Simply Barcodes^TM makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. Acceptance of your barcodes, UPC/EAN/SCC-14 numbers, and all other aspects of your product are at the sole discretion of the members in your supply chain. It is your responsibility to confirm any particular restrictions and requirements imposed by your retailers prior to placing your order with Simply Barcodes^TM. Georgia Peach Products, Inc. DBA Simply Barcodes^TM shall not be liable to registrant for any loss or injury resulting from any use of UPC/EAN numbers and/or barcodes by the registrant or other parties. Georgia Peach Products, Inc. DBA Simply Barcodes^TM shall not be liable to registrant for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable, whether such damages are deemed to result from the failure or inadequacy of any exclusive or other remedy or whether Georgia Peach Products, Inc. DBA Simply Barcodes^TM has been advised of such damages.
 
Dispute Resolution
 
This agreement shall be governed by and contrued in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from this agreement, including, without limitation, a breach of this agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The parties to this purchase agreement herewith agree to submit to the exclusive juridiction of and consent to exclusive venue in the courts of the the State of Georgia or Fulton County, Georgia or the City of Atlanta.
